Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the relevant definition of high-risk infants. 2. The time of the last menstrual period of high-risk infants's mothers is clear, which can accurately calculate the age of correction. 3. The age of correction was 35 to 40 weeks; 4. Parents of infants sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with genetic metabolic disease.
