Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of migraine; 2. The muscle of the subjects was examined for the existence of pain points; 3. Patients aged 18 - 60 years; 4. Patients with headache more than twice a month in the first three months were selected; 5. Patients with more than one year history of migraine; 6. The informed consent shall be signed by the subject himself or by his immediate relatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Related examination confirmed that headache was caused by other causes, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and other causes, such as vascular malformation, arteritis, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and other diseases; 2. Patients with previous diseases of the immune system, rheumatism and those who are currently taking immunosuppressants; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or severe skin infection at the puncture site who are unable to complete the treatment plan; 4. Definite diagnosis of neuropsychiatric diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc; 5. In the past week, patients who took drugs that clearly affected autonomic nervous function, including calcium channel blockers, sedatives or antidepressants, etc; 6. Patients with peripheral neuropathy: diabetes, mononeuropathy and neuralgia, polyneuropathy, acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy; 7. Patients with rapid atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, pacemakers and other heart diseases that lead to obvious abnormality of HRV measurement; 8. Pregnant women, lactating women and women with fertility requirements in the past six months.
