Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It complies with the diagnostic criteria of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD-2020)and in a stable disease period; 2. no smoking history or have stopped smoking for half a year or more; 3. Age: 40-75 years old; 4. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have chronic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver or renal insufficiency, epilepsy and other neuropsychiatric diseases, active pulmonary tuberculosis, and the impact of other diseases or have other diseases influence the Information gathering; 2. Tumor, ACOand patients receiving antituberculosis treatment; 3. Patients who underwent chest, abdominal and ophthalmic surgery in the past 3 months; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
