18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to receive TKA; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-III; 3. Age of patients: 18-85 years old; 4. Gender: both male and female; 5. Patients who are fully informed and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and coronary heart disease; 2. Patients with mental disorders and cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Aspirin, sulfanilamide, non steroidal antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug allergy patients; 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and high risk of perioperative bleeding.
