18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female; 2. ASA I-II, 18-65 years old, BMI <=30 kg / m2; 3. Patients without obvious abnormality of coagulation function; 4. Patients without serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney before operation; 5. Subjects with no history of local anesthetic allergy, rib fracture and chest wall operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not cooperate and are allergic to local anesthetics (LA) or opioids; 2. Patients with a history of regular daily intake of opioids; 3. Patients with severe infection of injection site or whole body; 4. Patients with anatomical difficulties leading to poor ultrasound display of muscle and fascia structures required for nerve block administration.
