Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There are common clinical symptoms, and patients with acute ischemic stroke planned to undergo brain CTP and head and neck CTA as evaluated by a neurologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Iodine contrast agent is allergic, poor vascular elasticity can not tolerate high-pressure injection, non-enhanced horizontal axis scan found patients with craniocerebral hemorrhage and failed to cooperate with the examination or failed examination
