18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 years to 75 years; 2. Unilateral or bilteral PTMC; 3. The tumor was localized in the thyroid gland measured by ultrasound and the maximum diameter of each lesion was less than 1cm; 4. Absence of enlarged lymph nodes in level VI by ultrasound; 5. Patients will voluntarily enter the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lateral cervical lymph nodes or distant metastasis; 2. Patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (Tg-Ab increased orTpo-Ab increased, and diffuse echo change detected by ultrasoud); 3. Patients with history of neck surgery; 4. Patients with history of neck trauma; 5. Patients with history of other malignant tumors.
