Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with glioblastoma confirmed by pathology; 2. It is the first patient to be diagnosed and treated; 3. Patients who underwent surgery, concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 4. Patients with complete clinical data: age, gender, KPS, operation scope, Ki-67, Mgmt mutation and IDH1 / 2 mutation; 5. Patients with complete MRI sequence before operation: T1 plain scan sequence, T1 enhanced sequence, T2 plain scan sequence, FLAIR sequence, DWI sequence; 6. Within 72 hours after operation, before radiotherapy, between the end of radiotherapy and the first adjuvant chemotherapy, and every 2-3 months after radiotherapy, or according to the patient's nervous system condition, there are enhanced cranial MRI images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No serious comorbidities, no other malignancies.
