Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the World Health Organization diabetes diagnosis standard (FBG >= 7mmol / L, or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2-hour PG)>= 11.1mmol/l or random blood glucose (RBG) >= 11.1mmol/l); 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot ulcer in the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot (2019 version); 3. According to Wagner classification of diabetic foot ulcer, the patients were included in the classification of 2-4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe occlusive arterial disease confirmed by CTA, MRA and ABI of lower extremity; 2. Patients with ulcer or osteomyelitis without debridement; 3. Patients with canceration of ulcer and other canceration.
