Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear history of TBI were diagnosed by imaging examination; 2. TBI: Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score > 8, coma time <= 6 h; 3. Patients aged 18-70 years old, male and female unlimited; 4. After the patient's condition is stable, the patient and his family members have informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of TBI, cerebrovascular accident, intracranial space occupying lesions, epilepsy or other intracranial lesions; 2. Patients who have a history of mental illness, drug use or long-term alcohol abuse; 3. Patients with severe multiple injury and severe liver and kidney function injury; 4. Patients with previous history of diabetes, malignancies and other systemic diseases; 5. Patients who are manic or unable to cooperate with assessment due to other reasons.
