6 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 6-16 years; 2. Patients with tic symptoms in the last three months; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of tic disorder in the 5th edition of American psychiatric diagnostic manual; 4. Patients who have not previously received medication for tic disorders; 5. Patients with right handedness; 6. Chinese children - Wechsler intelligence test IQ >= 80 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tic symptoms lasting more than one year; 2. Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases or other serious physical diseases; 3. Patients who have used other psychoactive drugs in the past three months.
