Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint diagnosed clinically should undergo the first unilateral TKA operation; 2. Patients with normal hemoglobin (HB) and coagulation index before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of knee replacement, infection or serious deformation of the knee joint; 2. The patient is allergic to tranexamic acid or drugs involved in the operation; 3. Before operation, the color Doppler ultrasound of both lower limbs indicated that there was thrombus; 4. The patient has poor physical function and is not tolerant of surgery.
