Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of China heart failure diagnosis and treatment guide 2018; 2. NYHA I-IV patients; 3. Patients aged 60-85 years; 4. Patients' informed consent, voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 5. Patients who live in Nanjing and can participate in and reexamine in time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute left heart failure; 2. Patients with uremia, cirrhosis, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, trauma, etc; 3. Patients with severe stroke sequelae expected to receive heart or organ transplantation within 6 months; 4. Patients with history of shock and rescue; 5. Patients who are receiving the following treatments: enteral nutrition, ventilator, regular dialysis, fasting, etc.; 6. Patients with mental disorders, cognitive disorders and loss of activity; 7. Patients with hyponatremia.
