Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with the first respiratory symptoms (cough, expectoration) in the last two weeks; 2. Patients with any of the following risk factors: age > 55 years old, smoking history, occupational or environmental hazards, family history of respiratory diseases; 3. Patients who have not received digital X-ray or CT imaging examination since the onset of the disease; 4. Blood routine examination showed that the total number of leukocytes was normal; 5. Pulmonary function test: FEV1 / FVC: 70% - 85%, with or without FEV1 / predicted value > 80%. 6. Patients who can understand and abide by the trial protocol and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with any other serious life-threatening complications.
