Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children scheduled for epilepsy surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 1-14 years; 3. Arterial catheterization intraoperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe valvular heart disease; 2. Severe intracardiac shunt; 3. Hemodynamic instability: (1) continuous unstable hemodynamic: HR and/or BP and/or CVP changes more than 30% of baseline; (2) require positive inotropic or vasoconstrictor drugs. 4. Severe arrhythmia; 5. Severe ventricular systolic dysfunction; 6. Severe respiratory diseases; 7. Allergy to the drug used in the test; 8. Esophageal diseases (stenosis, ulcer, diverticulum, perforation, etc.) and upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 9. Guardian refuses to participate in the test; 10. Participated in other clinical studies.
