Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult chronic ITP patients: (1) aged 18-35 years old; (2) At least 2 routine blood tests showed a decrease in platelet count and no abnormal blood cell morphology; (3) The spleen is generally not enlarged; (4) bone marrow examination: the number of megakaryocytes is increased or normal, there is Maturity disorder; (5) Other secondary thrombocytopenia must be ruled out; (6) Chronic ITP: ITP patients whose platelets continue to decrease for more than 12 months. Healthy subjects: (1) aged 18-35 years old; (2) healthy citizens in Xi'an; (3) body mass index is within the normal range (BMI 18.5 to 23.9); (4) vital signs, physical examination and previous physical examination results are normal; Conduct good communication and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Adult chronic ITP patients: (1) Newly diagnosed ITP: ITP patients within 3 months after diagnosis; (2) Persistent ITP: ITP patients with continuous platelet reduction 3 to 12 months after diagnosis, including no spontaneous remission and unable to maintain after stopping treatment Patients with complete remission; (3) Severe ITP: PLT <lOxl0^9/L and there are bleeding symptoms that need treatment at the time of treatment or new bleeding occurs during routine treatment and needs to be treated with other platelet-increasing drugs or increase the dose of existing therapeutic drugs; (4) Refractory ITP: refers to Patients who meet all the following conditions: 1) Diagnosis and re-evaluation still confirm the diagnosis of ITP; 2) Ineffective splenectomy or recurrence after surgery. Other secondary thrombocytopenia: such as autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, proliferative diseases of lymphatic system, myelodysplasia (aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome), hematological malignancies, chronic liver disease, hypersplenism, Common Variant Immunodeficiency Disease (CVID) and infection caused by secondary thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, drug-induced thrombocytopenia, alloimmune thrombocytopenia, pregnancy thrombocytopenia, pseudothrombocytopenia and congenital Thrombocytopenia, etc. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) Previously suffered from mental and mental diseases; (2) Have important primary organs (heart, liver, kidney, brain) and other primary diseases; (3) Have a history of allergies; (4) HbsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, syphilis antibody positive; (5) From the researcher's point of view, it is not suitable as the subject of the study.
