Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe pneumonia should be considered through clinical symptoms and physical examination; 2. Children with severe pneumonia were definitely diagnosed through relevant examinations, routine examinations, chest CT, blood gas analysis, PCT, CRP, etc. 3. Patients who have improved the relevant examination and are able to tolerate pulmonary lavage by fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude non-pediatric severe pneumonia; 2. Exclude the possibility of tuberculosis; 3. Exclude those who cannot tolerate bronchoscopic lavage; 4. Those who refused bronchoscopic lavage were excluded.
