Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was definitely diagnosed as hepatic echinococcosis by clinical symptoms, physical examination, routine examination, color ultrasound, enhanced CT, MRI and MRCP, etc.; 2. Patients with cystic hepatic echinococcosis >=5cm and patients with vesicular hepatic echinococcosis; 3. Patients with surgical indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary hydatid, peritoneal hydatid and cerebral hydatid; 2. Exclude patients with advanced hepatic echinococcosis who cannot be operated on; 3. Exclude patients with poor cardiopulmonary function who cannot tolerate the operation; 4. Exclude patients with malignant tumors; 5. Exclude those who refuse surgical treatment.
