Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group 1) Patients with chronic kidney disease confirmed by renal biopsy; 2) Age greater than 18, gender unlimited; 3) Volunteer to participate in the study, agree to cooperate with researchers in data collection and sign informed consent. control group 1) Healthy people with age over 18, gender matched, normal urine protein and serum creatinine; 2) Volunteer to participate in the study, agree to cooperate with researchers in data collection and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinical or pathological features indicate that the cause of the disease is secondary, such as autoimmune disease, infection, cancer or exposure to nephrotoxic drugs; 2) End stage renal disease, such as uremic dialysis patients; 3) Any medical or non-medical condition that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation.
