Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis: 1. Patients with brittle fracture of hip or vertebral body; 2. Patients whose t value of axial BMD measured by DXA or 1 / 3 of distal radius BMD is less than - 2.5; 3. BMD measurement was consistent with BMD reduction (- 2.5 < T value < - 1) + brittle fracture of proximal humerus, pelvis or distal forearm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, special type of diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, diabetes mellitus of unknown type; patients with acute complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus, severe infection, hematopathy and other serious disorders of the body metabolism; 2. Patients with GFR of less than 45ml / min / 1.73 m2 and severe renal damage, end-stage renal disease or dialysis; 3. The pregnant or lactating women have had malignant tumor within 2 years and acute cerebrovascular accident within half a year. 4. Patients with abnormal thyroid function, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 5. Patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes were excluded from the retrospective study; 6. Patients who have used glucocorticoids within 3 months.
