18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Patients to be operated on biliary tract; 3. Patients without advanced malignant tumor outside the biliary system; 4. Non emergency surgery patients; 5. Patients who did not participate in other clinical studies at the same time; 6. Patients volunteered to join the study and provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objects with ASA rating >=IV; 2. Objects with obvious malnutrition; 3. Patients who are allergic to midazolam, propofol, fentanyl, tranexamide, pregabalin and sulfanilamide; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or other organ dysfunction; 5. Patients who need to return to ICU after operation; 6. The subjects with mental illness and severe anxiety and depression.
