Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young women aged 18-26 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) 18-25 kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with abnormal blood glucose; 2. Those who intend to diet or gain weight in the past 3 months; 3. Those who do not eat breakfast; 4. Subjects who took prescription drugs or nutritional supplements in the first three months of the study; 5. Objects of smoking and drinking; 6. Object of food allergy; 7. Objects of metabolic diseases and family history; 8. Pregnant or lactating objects; 9. The subjects of eating disorder, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, etc; 10. Subjects with digestive disorders or self-reported frequent gastrointestinal discomfort.
