Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 2020 to March 2021, patients with femoral neck fracture were admitted to the hospital. The time from the injury to the hospital was no more than 3 weeks; 2. Patients aged >=65 years; 3. Patients with low energy injury; 4. After being admitted to the hospital to improve the relevant examination, it is judged to be suitable for the treatment of hemiarthroplasty (HA). The operation involves the hip prosthesis (ceramic head, non bone cement type, national machinery injection 20143465899) provided by belang medical (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd. and operated by the same group of doctors; 5. Before the injury, the patients with certain activity ability can at least partially take care of themselves; 6. According to the Singh classification of trabeculae of cancellous bone in the proximal femur [15], the bone condition was judged to be grade 4-6 by the same senior physician after reading the X-ray.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high energy injury and multiple injuries, combined with multiple fractures in other parts; 2. Patients with previous fracture or major surgical history of the ipsilateral lower extremity; 3. Patients with malignant tumor; 4. Patients with pathological fracture, such as osteogenesis imperfecta, osteofibroma, giant cell tumor of bone, bone cyst and tumor metastasis; 5. Patients and their families refused to receive hemiarthroplasty.
