Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. The patients with acute ischemic stroke were confirmed by skull imaging on admission, and the vascular examination indicated that there were occlusion of vertebral artery, basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery corresponding to clinical symptoms; 3. Patients with clinical image mismatch evaluated by functional imaging from symptom aggravation (limb paralysis or change of consciousness state) to treatment time less than 8 hours or more; 4. Patients with pre-onset Mrs score less than or equal to 2; 5. The patient's family members received emergency endovascular treatment after informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have failed to succeed in artery puncture and operation due to various reasons.
