Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. expected to stay in ICU more than 24h; 2. adult patients(>18y) diagnosed shock and receiving at least one vasopressor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication for enteral nutrition (including active gastrointestinal bleeding, bowel obstruction, mesenteric ischemia, gastrointestinal infection); 2. allergy to any ingredient of enteral nutrition; 3. the patient already has specific nutrition needs: long-term family enteral nutrition or parenteral nutrition; 4. pregnant.
