Group A:The patients were performed coronary heart disease (CHD) standardized medication, including antiplatelet, beta blockers, angiotensin II receptor blockers and statins et al.
Group B:taking folic acid 0.4 mg
Group C:taking folic acid 0.8 mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with CHD (Coronary artery stenosis greater than or equal to 50 percent Cleared by Coronary angiography or coronary CT angiography) complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia (>10umol/l) hospitalized in department of cardiovascular medicine, Yue Bei People's Hospital Affiliated to Shantou University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: taking folic acid or B vitamin drugs in nearly three months, liver and kidney function abnormal obviously, blood system diseases, acute or chronic infection.
