Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Female aged 35-49 years; 3. The P group was the parturient with planned cesarean section and gestational cycle >= 37 weeks, and the N group was the non pregnant woman; 4. Fasting >=8 hours and drinking >=2 hours before the test; 5. Single tire; 6. Be able to understand the basic principles of research evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Twin or multiple pregnancies; patients with abnormal upper gastrointestinal anatomy, esophageal disease, functional dyspepsia, gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal tumor, autoimmune disease or central nervous system disease, who cannot understand the experiment and cannot cooperate.
