Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients with ASA grade I-II had no serious cardiopulmonary disease, normal liver and kidney function, and no mental system disease before operation; 4. Patients with body mass index (BMI) of 18-28kg / m2; 5. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No accompanying or guardian; 2. Uncontrolled patients with severe hypertension, serious arrhythmia and unstable angina; 3. Patients with liver dysfunction (above child Pugh C level); 4. Patients with severe renal dysfunction (CR clearance rate < 30 ml / min); 5. Patients with abnormal hearing and vision unable to communicate; 6. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 7. Patients who are allergic to drugs or who are allergic to drugs or have other contraindications; 8. Patients who have participated in additional drug clinical trials in the past 30 days.
