20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 40 years, with strong desire for childbearing and no taboo; 2. The pathological type of the patient was endometrial adenocarcinoma, highly differentiated (G1) or atypical hyperplasia of Endometrium, and the disease was completely relieved after a lot of progesterone conservative treatment; 3. Serum CA125 was normal; 4. Patients who sign informed consent and have better follow-up conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases or severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 2. Those who are contraindicated and allergic to drugs; 3. Other types of endometrial cancer or other malignant tumors of the reproductive system; 4. Infertile patients with endometritis, endometrial complex hyperplasia, hysteromyoma, adenomyosis or immune factor related infertility; patients with repeated implantation failure; 5. Patients need hysterectomy or other conservative treatment except progestin.
