15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as traumatic or non-traumatic spinal cord injury received corresponding clinical treatment or internal fixation and other surgical treatment before entering the group. The course of disease was more than 4 weeks. The X-ray confirmed that the spine was stable and the condition was stable; 2. Damage grade: ais-a or B or C; 3. The injured ganglion segment was t4-l1; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 5. Patients who quit smoking for more than 6 months; 6. Subjects or their legal representatives can understand the purpose of the study, show sufficient compliance with the study plan, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Ashworth grade >=2; 2. Patients with unstable fracture; 3. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 4. Patients with other diseases.
