18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-70 years with normal renal function or at CKD1-3 stage (GFR >= 30ml/min/1.73m2). 2. Subjects who is able and willing to comply with the protocol requirements established by the researchersign and written the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor blood glucose control in diabetic patients ( HbA1c >7%); 2. Tumors of the blood system; 3. Recovery period of acute kidney injury; 4. Acute pyelonephritis; 5. A history of systemic infection or severe infection in the last month; 6. Pregnant, breast-feeding or using unreliable contraceptive methods; 7. Other drug investigators are currently or recently (within 30 days) in progress.
