Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older and less than 80 years old; 2. Meet the following conditions: (1) Respiratory rate > 25 times / min; (2) Under the condition of 10 L / min oxygen inhalation with air bag mask and 15 minutes observation, PaO2 / FiO2 of patients was = 7.30. 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe asthma or acute exacerbation of COPD; 2. Patients with severe granulocytopenia ( 10 µ g / kg / min, noradrenaline > 0.1ug/kg/min; 4. Patients with Glasgow Coma Scale score <=12; 5. Noninvasive ventilation contraindications: weak spontaneous respiration; aspiration; combined with other organ failure; facial trauma; upper abdominal surgery or post-traumatic; deformity; patient uncooperative; 6. Patients who need emergency intubation, refuse intubation and refuse to participate in the experiment; 7. Patients who have been included in this study are readmitted, or are participating in other studies.
