Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with 2-4cm renal calculi, "ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy" was performed; 2. Patients aged 18-65, male and female unlimited; 3. Patients with mild to moderate hydronephrosis (collection system separation less than 2cm); 4. The subjects have no mental illness or language dysfunction, can understand the situation of this study and have signed the informed consent form, and it is estimated that they can cooperate with the whole researcher; 5. Patients without urinary tract infection or clinical manifestations of urinary tract infection; 6. Patients with urinary tract infection indicated by routine urine examination, who had negative urine culture and no fever, should be treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics for more than 3 days; patients with urinary tract infection indicated by routine urine examination, who had positive urine culture and no fever, should be treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics for more than 7 days, and the urine culture turned negative;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of ureteral stenosis or undergoing open, laparoscopic ureterolithotomy or nephrolithotomy; 2. Pregnant women and women's menstruation; 3. Patients with severe systemic disease, heart disease, pulmonary insufficiency and important organ failure who can not tolerate anesthesia or operation; 4. The patients with polycystic kidney, horseshoe kidney and ectopic kidney; 5. Patients with ureteral stricture or diseases considered unsuitable for this clinical study were highly suspected by the researchers.
