Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. ASA I - III, the patients who had knee joint operation were confirmed; 3. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 2. Obese patients (BMI > 35 kg / m2); 3. Patients with spinal deformity or spinal surgery; 4. Patients with infection of puncture site; 5. Patients with local anesthetic allergy; 6. Patients with coagulation disorders.
