Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women >= 18 years old; 2. Primipara; 3. Women who give birth to normal term infants; 4. Married women who live with their husbands; 5. Objects with reading, speaking and writing ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious physical or mental diseases; 2. Objects without basic Internet skills; 3. Those objects without mailbox or mobile phone.
