Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with fibromediastinitis meet any of the following: 1. Patients with pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary stenosis (right cardiac catheter indicates that the average pulmonary artery pressure is >= 25mmhg); 2. Patients with repeated hemoptysis; 3. Patients with intractable pleural effusion; 4. Patients with WHO functional grade above grade II (including grade II) or right heart failure; 5. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with pulmonary vascular stenosis due to lung tumor, mediastinal tumor and other reasons; 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate < 30ml / min); 4. Patients with platelet count of 30 x 10 ^ 9 / L; 5. Patients with systemic inflammation and valvular heart disease.
