Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of severe multiple injury group: the age is more than 18 years old; it meets the diagnostic criteria of severe multiple injury (ISS >= 16) of the 17th World Conference on disaster and emergency medicine in 2011; the time from injury to admission is not more than 24 hours; it is agreed to participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria of general multiple injury group: age over 18 years old; general multiple injury diagnosis criteria (9 <= injury severity assessment (ISS) < 16) of the 17th World Conference on disaster and emergency medicine in 2011; time from injury to hospital admission not more than 24 hours; consent to participate in the study. 3. Inclusion criteria for patients with simple closed abdominal injury: age over 18 years old; admission of closed abdominal injury, no evidence of multiple injuries (imaging examination + clinical symptoms) was found clinically; according to the American Society of trauma surgery (aast) classification criteria: liver, spleen, pancreas injury classification <= grade III; agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of major trauma, blood transfusion, hepatitis, autoimmune diseases or tuberculosis; 2. Patients with hemolytic cases during specimen collection; 3. Patients who leave hospital due to various reasons during the treatment and patients who die within one week after hospitalization.
