Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents who have lived for more than 6 months; 2. Pregnant women aged 18-45 years; 3. Subjects without meditation experience (without any form of eight week mindfulness training and short-term intensive mindfulness training, including but not limited to MBSR, MBCT, etc.); 4. Primipara; 5. Single tire; 6. Pregnant women who are 28-32 weeks old (the gestational week is calculated according to the last menstruation); 7. No pregnant women with serious complications or complications during pregnancy and no major diseases; 8. Objects that can be read normally; 9. The objects to be registered and filed in the target hospital and planned to have prenatal examination, in-hospital delivery and post natal reexamination in the hospital; 10. Patients who can understand and abide by the procedure of this study, can understand each rating scale, voluntarily participate in the study, and are willing to sign the informed consent. 11. Patients who have informed consent to join wechat group and ensure to comply with relevant requirements of wechat group management measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders (including schizophrenia, mania, major depression, anxiety disorder and other mental disorders) or mental disorders have difficulty in understanding cognitive tests and cannot cooperate to complete them; 2. Patients with recurrent abortion; 3. History of epilepsy D; 4. Psychotherapy is being carried out at the same time, including any individual or group form of psychotherapy; those who are taking psychotropic drugs or intend to carry out any form of psychological intervention during the course of intervention. 5. Pregnant women or their families are not willing to cooperate.
