Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nonvalvular atrial fibrillation patients aged 18-100 years who take rivaroxaban or dabigatran etexilate 2. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with drug allergy or lactose allergy; 2. Patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs or low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant drugs; 3. Bleeding tendency, blood disease platelet count> 400 x 10^9 / L or 169 or <100 g / L; 4. History of peptic ulcer; 5. Malignant tumor, severe dysfunction or failure of multiple organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 6. Neurological diseases such as epilepsy; 7. The anticoagulant drugs were used together, including antiplatelet drugs, heparin, low molecular weight heparin, warfarin, non-vitamin K-dependent oral anticoagulant drugs, such as dabigatran, apixaban, etc .; 8. Patients taking Chinese patent medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis at the same time.
