Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old, diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, with or without infection, are not limited to men and women. 2. An informed consent was signed before blood samples were collected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of drug allergy, patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs or low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant drugs, taking drugs that affect blood coagulation, lactose allergy, bleeding tendency, blood disease platelet count > 400 x 10^9 / L or 169 or < 100 g / L, history of peptic ulcer; 2. Severe dysfunction or failure of multiple organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 3. Malignant tumors, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases; 4. Anticoagulant drugs have been used together, including antiplatelet drugs, heparin, low molecular weight heparin, warfarin, non-vitamin K-dependent oral anticoagulant drugs, such as dabigatran, apixaban, etc.; 3. Anticoagulant drugs, such as heparin, low-molecular-weight heparin, fondaparinux sodium, warfarin, etc., were used 2 weeks before blood collection.
