Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Patients with pathological diagnosis of locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC),( T3-,N0-2,M0) 3. Subjects signed an informed consent form prior to enrollment, indicating that they agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for MRI and PET; 2. Delayed surgery (8 months after CRT); 3. Other treatments other than CRT(eg.immunotherapy)before surgery; 4. distant metastasis; 5. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion; 6. Have a history of drug or contrast agents allergies; 7. Patients who have been determined by the investigator to have poor compliance with the study; 8.pregnancy or suspected pregnancy.
