Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Patients whose expected operation time is more than 1 hour; 3. Patients aged 65 years and above; 4. Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental and nervous system diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia; 2. Patients with ASA grade IV or above; 3. Patients who do not meet the entry criteria according to the researchers.
