Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of liver cirrhosis: the histopathology meets the performance of liver cirrhosis or the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis (must have the support of clear imaging examination including liver color ultrasound / CT / MRI or liver transient elastic imaging results); 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Objects with one of the following conditions are excluded: 1. Patients with portal vein thrombosis; 2. Patients with severe thyroid disease, severe respiratory disease, serious kidney disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, or immunocompromised disease, or malignant tumor; 3. Patients who can't lie on their back and can't tolerate HVPG; 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction (International standardized ratio > 5); 5. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs or hemostatics; 6. Patients with iodine contrast agent allergy; 7. Subjects who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
