Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women in our hospital who have regular obstetric examination; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Full term delivery of pregnant women; 4. Pregnant women with head position; 5. Pregnant women with type II fetal monitoring in the second stage of labor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with serious internal and external diseases; 2. Pregnant women with contraindications to vaginal delivery; 3. The parturient who transferred to caesarean section before entering the second stage of labor; 4. Those who do not agree to enter the study.
