Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable odontoid fracture; 2. Patients with satisfactory reduction after traction treatment before operation; 3. Patients whose fracture line is roughly perpendicular to the direction of the screw to be inserted; 4. Patients with good quality of bone in the axis and reliable control of screws are expected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose heart, lung and other organ dysfunction can not tolerate surgery.
