Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee joint pain in the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint (2007) issued by the orthopedic branch of Chinese Medical Association; 2. Patients aged 18-60 years; 3. Patients who did not take painkillers within one week before admission; 4. Patients who sign informed consent and can cooperate with acupuncture treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of knee arthritis, such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc; 2. patients with needle fainting or allergy and contraindications to the drug in this study; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other organ diseases and psychosis.
