Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the ages of 18-70 years, male and female are not limited; 2. Azacytidine was used as routine maintenance therapy for 1 month after transplantation; 3. Patients who have not received maintenance treatment after transplantation, and have turned positive MRD at any time; 4. Patients with normal blood routine should be satisfied with each condition; 5. Patients who are able to understand and willing to sign the informed consent for this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with uncontrolled heart failure, unstable angina, arrhythmia or mental disease; serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with uncontrollable infectious diseases; 4. HIV infected patients; 5. Patients with stage 3 or above chronic kidney disease; 6. Hematology recurred completely.
