Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women whose first delivery is 13 weeks before pregnancy; 2. Women between 21-35 years old with first pregnancy and single pregnancy; 3. Subjects without diabetes or kidney disease; 4. Objects without digestive system diseases; 5. Objects without cardiovascular disease and other disease history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women whose first delivery is 13 weeks after pregnancy; 2. Pregnant women under 21 or over 35 years old; 3. Pregnant women with multiple pregnancies; 4. Objects with birth history; 5. Subjects with diabetes; 6. Objects with a history of kidney disease, digestive system disease, cardiovascular disease and other diseases.
