Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2017 to 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute complications of diabetes such as hypoglycemia coma, diabetic ketosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolarity coma and lactic acidosis; 2. patients with severe heart failure, severe liver disease and malignant tumor; 3. Patients with low immune function.
