18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=18 years old; 2. Patients whose posterior teeth need to be extracted due to periodontal disease, periapical disease, periodontal pulp combined disease or tooth fracture; 3. Preoperative CBCT showed that the root of the implant had at least 4mm residual bone height, and the soft tissue of the extraction site was complete; 4. Preoperative CBCT showed low-density image around the root.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with current or past serious systemic diseases; 2. patients who have received steroids anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients with severe smoking (more than 10 cigarettes / day), alcoholism and drug abuse; 5. Patients with poor oral hygiene; 6. Patients unable to complete follow-up.
